Healthy as a MuleServes 1 3  oz ginger-lemon (or plain ginger) kombucha 2  oz vodka 1 cucumber, sliced ½ lemon, sliced Splash of ginger ale

  2. Top with ice and add kombucha and vodka. Shake to combine3. Strain over ice in a mule mug or rocks glass. Top with a splash of ginger ale and garnish with a fresh lemon wedge.
