Really bad. Not only does it tally up to 1000 calories and 47 grams of fat, it also serves up 3240 milligrams of sodium.  Lunch: Applebee’s Bruschetta Chicken Salad Clearly, not all salads are created equal when it comes to offering up healthy fare. This order adds up to 1110 calories and a jaw-dropping 3120 milligrams of sodium.  Dinner: Chili’s Lighter Choices Sweet and Spicy Chicken Sure, it’s on the “Lighter Choices” menu, but it’s anything but light on the sodium with its whopping 2740 milligrams of salt.
